The most junior member in the botany department, Angley has raised eyebrows around Arkham with his active opposition to the proposed reservoir project. The young man adopted his radical stance after a detailed survey of the Gardner Farm and the region known as the Blasted Heath. Angley argues the reservoir project will alter local ecologies and destroy several unique species of plants, but has so far gained little credence. He may take some of his students on a weekend field trip to the area of the Blasted Heath.
